1. Reservation and Confirmation

All room bookings are considered confirmed upon receipt of confirmation by email or phone.

Guests must provide accurate information when making a reservation.

A deposit may be required to secure the booking.

2. Check-In and Check-Out

• Check-in time: From 2:00 PM

• Check-out time: Until 12:00 PM

Late check-outs may incur additional charges (subject to availability).

3. Cancellation and Modification

• All cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

• In case of late cancellation or no-show, one night will be charged.

• Date changes are accepted subject to availability.

4. Payment

• Payments can be made in cash or by credit card upon arrival.

• All prices are in Tunisian Dinars (TND) and include VAT.

Tourist Tax (3-star hotel):

• 3 TND/night for Tunisian and Maghreb nationals

• 12 TND/night for foreign tourists (outside Maghreb)

• Free for children under 12 years old

5. Room Occupancy

• The number of guests in the room must not exceed the maximum allowed capacity.

• Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

6. Guest Behavior

• Any disrespectful or disruptive behavior may result in immediate cancellation of the stay without refund.

• The hotel is a non-smoking area (except in designated zones).

7. Damages and Liability

• Any damage or loss caused in the room or hotel premises will be charged to the guest.

• The hotel is not responsible for the loss or theft of valuables not deposited at the front desk.

8. Wi-Fi and Services

• Wi-Fi is available free of charge in all rooms.

• Guests are responsible for their use of the Internet connection.
